Examination Schedule & School Coordinator Guidelines

To provide flexibility and convenience, OWRELYUS offers three examination date options for each subject. Schools select any ONE date to avoid internal exam clashes.

COORDINATOR GUIDELINES

Important Guidelines for School Coordinators

School-Level Awards Eligibility:

A minimum of 40 student registrations from a school is required to qualify for school-level awards, trophies, and teacher recognition certificates.

Class Topper Medals (>30 Students):

If more than 30 students participate in a specific class and subject, the top 10% of performers will be awarded Class Topper Medals.

Class Topper Medals (10 to 30 Students):

If 10 to 30 students participate in a specific class and subject, the top 3 performers (1st Gold, 2nd Silver, 3rd Bronze) will receive Class Topper Medals.

Class Topper Medals (5 to 9 Students):

If 5 to 9 students participate in a specific class and subject, one student (Rank 1) will be awarded the Class Topper Medal.

FEE STRUCTURE

Official Fee Structure

One-Time Registration Fee: ₹200/-

Examination Fee per Subject: ₹150/-

Advance Guide Study Material (Optional): ₹250/-

ROUND 2 QUALIFICATION

The top 10,000 performers in the OWRELYUS Olympiad qualify for Round 2 (Exam Fee: ₹150 per student).
